Hey family!!     I hope everyone's doing well!! This week was pretty crazy! We had some weird experiences this week that I never thought I would have.     We started some exchanges this last week on Tuesday night and so I was with another Elder until Thursday morning. Then we switched companions and I had another exchange Thursday. On Thursday it started snowing super hard. So, me and the Elder I was with couldn't leave the apartment the whole day Thursday. Then, Thursday night, it was still snowing but we had a lesson, and the other elders were supposed to come with us so all 4 of us started driving to the appointment. On the way there we decided it probably wasn't a good idea so we turned around and on the way back the other elders got stuck. So, in an attempt to get them unstuck, we got our truck stuck. Hey family!     6 months, what?! At the beginning of this week I had a very cool opportunity. I got to facetime with two of my friends that are taking the missionary discussions. It was awesome. A couple of my other friends that are on missions got to Skype in as well and it was insane to see them all again. We had a really cool lesson and my missionary friends and I got to share some cool experiences and bare our testimonies to our friends and it was just a really good experience.     A couple days later my companion and I took our recent convert Sissy to the temple! It was so cool because the Sunday before, we got her with the family history consultant and she got to take some of her own family names. It was really spiritual and she really liked it.     On Sunday, I gave a talk in the morning and it went really well. They asked me to talk on missionary work and so that was probably the easiest topic I could speak on. It went really well. I typed up this b...

Good week!     The Lord blessed my companion and I this week! Last week our area slowed way down and so we had to start getting creative, and we were blessed this week to get a new person. This week we started teaching a girl whose name is Bonita. We found her through working with the ward council. Her parents are both inactive members and the great thing is that she wants her to baptize her and so parents have been coming back to church! We've been teaching her and her parents and they've started coming to church as a family! It's so awesome to see them there.     Another miracle that happened this week was with a guy named Tod. He is familiar with our religion and he's been taught by missionaries in the past but he asked them to stop teaching him because he said they were more like salesmen than missionaries.
