Another 12 Inches Of Snow
This week was pretty interesting. So we were supposed to have a baptism this last Saturday for Sissy, but she ran into some problems so we're gonna have this Saturday.
A couple days ago it dumped another 12 inches of snow on us just when all the other snow had melted. My companion and I have been using it as an opportunity for a lot of service. With the snow on Sunday, all of our meetings got cancelled and we had to stay in our apartment for a lot of the day. That was actually kinda terrible.
Something kinda cool that we did the other day is that we went to help out some people we want to start teaching on their farm. They have llamas and sheep and a donkey over there so we were just helping feed them and stuff. So that was pretty fun. There's not really much else. We're meeting with this guy and he's determined to be baptized and he said that he thinks that his wife will follow him and they have 2 baptism age kids so that could be a family thing.
In my mission our Mission President assigned us to read the Book of Mormon in 65 days looking for the Doctrine of Christ which is faith, repentance, baptism, holy ghost, and enduring to the end. I started it on December 28th and I finished it today. I finished it in 17 days. I couldn't put it down, it was so good. It was the first time I've read the Book of Mormon while looking for something. I'd recommend it. That's everything for this week. Love you guys!!!
